Lorraine is a double degree qualified engineer/scientist with extensive experience in systems management for efficient control of quality and safety.  

She has designed, implemented and audited management systems as well as systems to promote and measure business improvements.

Lorraine also rides and has far too many horses. She was brought up in pony club then hunting and eventing in UK, and has horses since emigrating in the dark ages. She now sticks to dressage as she doesnt bounce as well as she used to. The Richmonds also breed a few special youngsters each year. We are also very honoured and happy to have Raylee Nelson with us. Raylee is well known in the local horse industry. While Raylee is off with a broken leg,we have Karen and Linda stepping into the breach.

Klanger and Tiger are also valuable members of staff, who excel at greeting customers, having cuddles, and keeping watch over the driveway in the sun!
